Private bedrooms, home-cooked meals, family-style living rooms, and yards to enjoy. No long hallways, no clinical feel.
Nicole and Whitney work alongside our caregivers and stay involved in care coordination, family communication, and daily life in the homes.
Our team brings hospital, nursing facility, and home health experience — combined with the warmth a big facility just can't offer.
Since 2013, we've cared for elders the way we'd want to be cared for ourselves — in a real home, by people who know your loved one's name.
Both homes are licensed adult foster homes serving up to 5 residents, with 24/7 awake caregivers and the same family-first standards.
Nicole Carter opened her first adult foster home in 2013, drawing on years of hands-on caregiving experience as a CNA in skilled nursing and home health. She opened a second location in 2023.
Whitney Workman joined the team in 2024 and serves as our administrator. Together, Nicole and Whitney stay present in the homes and work closely with residents, staff, families, and health professionals.
